On May 3, 2021, Phibro Animal Health Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock, payable on June 23, 2021, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2021.
