Item 2.02.
Result of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 3, 2021, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing estimated net pre-tax catastrophe losses for the first quarter of 2021.  The press release also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a $0.04 per share quarterly dividend payable on June 15, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 28, 2021.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto (the “Press Release”).
