On April 30, 2021, Farmers National Banc Corp. (the “Company”) first mailed to shareholders a letter regarding its first quarter results, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Pursuant to General Instruction B.2 of Current Report on Form 8-K, the information in this Item 2.02 and Exhibit 99.1 is being furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liability of that section.
