Other Events.

On April 28, 2021, National Retail Properties, Inc., issued a press release announcing that it will webcast its 2021 Annual Meeting of stockholders, to be held on May 12, 2021 at 8:30 a.m., in order to minimize risk of COVID-19 to stockholders, employees and the community. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
