Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 28, 2021, Kraton Corporation (NYSE: KRA) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. Kraton Corporation announced that it will hold a conference call and web cast to discuss these results on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
