On April 27, 2021, First Community Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release its earnings for the first quarter of 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Other Events.
 
On April 27, 2021, the Company announced by press release its quarterly cash dividend to common shareholders of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per common share, payable on or about May 21, 2021, to shareholders of record on May 7, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
