On April 23, 2021, Andy Yen, Executive Vice President, Head of International and Commercial Banking of East West Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of East West Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will retire effective May 28, 2021. The Company thanks Mr. Yen for his years of dedicated service and wishes him well upon his retirement.
