    On April 26, 2021, Pacific Mercantile Bancorp, a California corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to, and is incorporated by this reference into, this Current Report on Form 8-K. In addition, the Company has provided supplemental information regarding the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is available to investors at the Company's website http://investors.pmbank.com/Presentations, that is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to, and is incorporated by reference into, this Current Report on Form 8-K.
