The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Nordson Corporation (the “Company”) approved forms of award agreements that will be used to make awards to non-officers and officers of the Company under the Nordson Corporation 2021 Stock Incentive and Award Plan that was approved by shareholders during the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting. The forms of the non-officer and officer award agreements are attached hereto as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
