On April 22, 2021, The First Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that company representatives will make a presentation to bank stock analysts and investors at the 24th Annual Burkenroad Reports Investment Conference, which is being held virtually, on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and a copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 The information in this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
