Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 21, 2021, Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Patrick L. Bond as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company also announced that Charlie Thompson, the current Chief Executive Officer, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors following the transition. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
