Explanation of Responses:
1. Shares are held by a trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's immediate family, for which the Reporting Person serves as trustee.
2. Shares are held by a trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's immediate family, for which the Reporting Person's spouse serves as trustee.
3. The option provides for an early-exercise provision and is exercisable as to unvested shares, subject to the Issuer's right of repurchase. The shares underlying this option vest, subject to Reporting Person's continued role as a service provider to Issuer, as to 1/12th of the total shares on January 1, 2021, with 1/12th of the total shares vesting every three months thereafter; provided that 100% of any unvested shares covered by the option will vest immediately prior to the closing of an Acquisition or Other Combination (each as defined in the Issuer's 2011 Equity Incentive Plan).
