Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 6, 2021, the Sonoma County District Attorney’s office filed a criminal complaint (the “Complaint”) against Pacific Gas and Electric Company (the “Utility”) related to the 2019 Kincade fire. The Utility is reviewing the Complaint.
