Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On March 30, 2021, Chewy, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2020 ended January 31, 2021, by issuing a Letter to Shareholders (the “Letter”) and a press release. In the Letter and the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on March 30, 2021, at 5 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2020 ended January 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein. A copy of the Letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
