Stockholder Meeting Notice

The 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Avis Budget Group will be held on May 26, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), virtually via the internet at www.meetingcenter.io/250990059. To access the virtual meeting, you must have the information that is printed in the shaded bar located on the reverse side of this form. The password for this meeting is — CAR2021.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors unanimously recommends a vote ”FOR” Items 1-3. This proxy will be voted as directed, or, if no direction is indicated, will be voted “FOR” Items 1-3:

      1.      To elect as directors the six nominees named in the Company’s proxy statement for a one-year term expiring in 2022 and until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
