On March 24, 2021, Nordstrom, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the pricing of a private offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 2.300% senior notes due 2024 (the “2024 Notes”) and $425 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2031 (the “2031 Notes” and, together with the 2024 Notes, the “Notes”). A copy of the press release issued in connection with this announcement is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
