Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On March 12, 2021, Terrance P. Maxwell, a member of the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of Investors Real Estate Trust, doing business as Centerspace (the “Company”), notified the Board that he would retire and not stand for re-election as a member of the Board at the annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 18, 2021. Mr. Maxwell’s term as a trustee and member of the Nominating and Governance Committee will end at the conclusion of the annual meeting of shareholders.
