On March 11, 2021, Pacific Gas and Electric Company completed the sale of (i) $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.367% First Mortgage Bonds due 2023 (the “2023 Bonds”), (ii) $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.25% First Mortgage Bonds due 2031 (the “2031 Bonds”) and (iii) $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.20% First Mortgage Bonds due 2041 (the “2041 Bonds” and, collectively with the 2023 Bonds and the 2031 Bonds, the “Mortgage Bonds”). For further information concerning the Mortgage Bonds, refer to the exhibits attached to this report.
