This Form 6-K is being furnished to update the disclosure in the Form 6-K of Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”), dated February 19, 2021, regarding the resolution of the Board of Directors of KEPCO on holding the annual general meeting of shareholders (the “AGM”) on March 25, 2021.

On March 5, 2021, the Board of Directors of KEPCO resolved to revise agenda 4.(3) of the AGM from the election of two standing directors to the election of one standing director. Details regarding the nominees will be provided in future filings on Form 6-K as soon as they are finalized.
