On February 25, 2021, Gannett Co., Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
