(a) On February 24, 2021, ANSYS, Inc. ("Ansys") issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2020 ended December 31, 2020. Ansys also posted a copy of its prepared remarks about the completed quarter on the Investor Relations portion of its website. Copies of the press release and prepared remarks are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
(b) On February 24, 2021, Ansys posted on its website https://investors.ansys.com/ an investor presentation titled "Q4 and FY 2020 Investor Presentation," that will be complementary to the press release described above, as part of its earnings conference call to be held on February 25, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
