On February 23, 2021, Naked Brand Group Limited (the “Company”) announced that it had received a notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company had regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
