On February 16, 2021, America's Car-Mart, Inc. issued a press release announcing its operating results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2021. The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ended January 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
