Item 8.01 Other Events

On February 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of Evolent Health, Inc. established June 10, 2021, as the date for the company’s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders. The annual meeting will be held virtually. The record date for stockholders eligible to vote at the annual meeting was set for April 15, 2021.
