Terex Corporation (“Terex”) issued a press release on February 11, 2021, in which Terex provided certain fourth quarter and year-end 2020 financial results, as well as its 2021 outlook. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

    Terex will host a conference call on Friday, February 12, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to review the Company’s fourth quarter and year-end 2020 financial results, as well as its 2021 outlook.
