Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 11, 2021, The New Home Company Inc. (the “Company”), announced in a press release its financial results for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
