Departure of Carl L. Williams

 

On February 5, 2021, Carl L. Williams resigned from his position as a director on the board of directors of Enviva Partners GP, LLC, the general partner of Enviva Partners, LP, in connection with Mr. Williams’ departure from his position at Riverstone Holdings LLC.
