On February 8, 2021, Nuance Communications, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2020. The press release, including the financial information contained therein, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a set of prepared remarks regarding the results of the quarter ended December 31, 2020 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. The press release and prepared remarks are incorporated herein by reference. The press release and prepared remarks each include certain non-GAAP financial measures. A description of the non-GAAP measures, the reasons for their use, and GAAP to non-GAAP reconciliations are included in the press release and prepared remarks.
