Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 8, 2021, United States Steel Corporation issued a press release announcing its intention to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2029. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
