Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 4, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Crimson Midstream Holdings, LLC (the “Transaction”) and the proposed internalization of its manager (the “Internalization”) and announcing that the Company will hold a conference call on February 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Conference Call”). Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference is an investor presentation relating to the Transaction and Internalization.
