On February 2, 2021, Atkore International Group Inc. (the "Company" or "Atkore") issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended December 25, 2020. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
