Item 2.01			Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On February 1, 2021, Shutterstock, Inc. (the “Company”) completed the previously-announced acquisition of all of the outstanding equity interests of TurboSquid, Inc., a Louisiana corporation, for a purchase price of $75 million in cash (subject to customary working capital and other adjustments), from approximately 37 stockholders. The purchase price was funded through existing cash on hand.
