Item 8.01.    Other Events.
On January 28, 2021, Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it has entered into a new five year supply agreement whereby the Company will continue to serve as the primary wholesale distributor to Murphy U.S.A., the Company’s largest customer.
A copy of the press release announcing the agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
