Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 27, 2021, Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company"), the parent company of Texas Capital Bank, N.A. (the "Bank"), announced that, effective January 25, 2021, Vince Ackerson has ceased serving as Vice Chairman of the Bank and will serve as a senior consultant.
Mr. Ackerson has served as Vice Chairman of the Bank since August 2019. Prior to holding this position, he served as Texas President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank from July 2013 to August 2019. He served as Dallas Regional President from October 2008 to July 2013 and as Executive Vice President of Dallas Corporate Banking since the Bank's inception in December 1998 through July 2013.
