(b) On January 11, 2021, JetBlue Airways Corporation ("JetBlue" or the "Company") announced that Eash Sundaram, who joined JetBlue in 2012 and most recently served as the Company's Chief Digital and Technology Officer, has decided to retire. His last day as an officer will be February 1, 2021. The Company thanks Mr. Sundaram for his many years of leadership. The Company has appointed Mr. Michael Stromer, a JetBlue crewmember since 2007 and most recently Chief Product Officer Technology as Acting Chief Digital & Technology Officer.
