Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 8, 2021, Sensata Technologies Holding plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update to its fourth quarter 2020 financial guidance originally provided on October 28, 2020. The new financial guidance anticipates fourth quarter revenue to be in the range of $902 million to $907 million as compared to prior guidance of $810 to $850 million provided at the time of the third quarter earnings announcement. The Company plans to disclose the fourth quarter and full-year 2020 financial results on February 2, 2021. The press release announcing the change in guidance is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
