The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

We wish to inform you that RBI vide its letter no. DOR.GCA-CB.No.2242/08.88.001/2020-21 dated January 8, 2021 has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Vishakha Mulye (DIN: 00203578) as an Executive Director of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. January 19, 2021.

Please note that the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on August 14, 2020 had already approved the re-appointment of Ms. Mulye for a period of five years effective January 19, 2021.
