On December 29, 2020, Hudson Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 regarding the impact of the Omnibus/Covid-19 bill passed by Congress, and signed by the President, which includes language that would require the nation’s chemical manufacturers to phase down the virgin production of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs).
