Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 18, 2020, iBio, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) was advised by Mr. Robert L. Erwin of his intention to resign as President of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Erwin will retain his position as a member of the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board.
