On December 18, 2020, Norman Richard Hames, President and Chief Operating Officer – West Coast region of RadNet, Inc. (“RadNet”), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), adopted a written sales plan in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Plan”) for trading up to 140,000 shares of RadNet Common Stock owned by Mr. Hames during the period of February 17, 2021 and February 17, 2022.
Rule 10b5-1 permits individuals who are not in possession of material, non-public information at the time the plan is adopted to establish prearranged plans to buy or sell company stock. Using these plans, individuals can prudently and gradually diversify their investment portfolios over an extended period of time.
Transactions made under this Plan will be reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. Except as may be so required, the Company does not undertake any obligation to update or report any modifications, termination, or other activity under the Plan.
