On December 18, 2020, as part of THOR Industries, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Company’s ongoing director refreshment strategy, Jan Suwinski retired and has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors after 20 years of service. Recently, the Board announced the addition of Bill Kelley as a director in furtherance of that refreshment strategy.

On December 18, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Suwinski’s retirement.
