Other Events.
 
On December 16, 2020, Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company’s common stock for the fourth quarter of 2020.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
