On December 10, 2020, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of IKONICS Corporation (the “Company”) approved a form of award agreement for Restricted Stock Units to be issued under the IKONICS Corporation 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. A copy of the form of award agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
