Item 8.01    Other Events.
On December 14, 2020, L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (“L3Harris”) and its subsidiary, L3 Technologies, Inc. (“L3”), redeemed in full the $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.950% Senior Notes due February 15, 2021 (approximately $501 million of which was issued by L3Harris and approximately $149 million of which was issued by L3) (the “Notes”) for $660,635,625.00, including accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the date of redemption. L3Harris previously announced on November 12, 2020 that it was exercising its option to redeem the Notes at a redemption price as set forth in the Notes. As a result of the redemption, the Notes were terminated and cancelled.
