Other Events.

On December 10, 2020, Altus Midstream Company issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $1.50 per share of Class A common stock payable on March 31, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
