On December 10, 2020, Ready Capital Corporation (“Ready Capital”) made available a Questions and Answers (“Q&A”) document related to its previously announced proposed merger (the “Merger”) with Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (“Anworth”). A copy of the Q&A is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
