On December 1, 2020, the Company issued a press release regarding its selection of Roger Westerlind as the new President of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, ENGlobal US, Inc. William A. Coskey, P.E., the Company’s co-founder and current Chief Executive Officer, will remain CEO and Chairman of the Board. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8K.
