Item 8.01. Other Events

On November 24, 2020, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (the “Utility”), a subsidiary of PG&E Corporation, received a letter (the “Letter”) from Marybel Batjer, President of the California Public Utilities Commission (the “CPUC”), related to the Utility’s vegetation and asset management activities and the CPUC’s enhanced oversight and enforcement process, as well as the Utility’s annual safety certification under California Assembly Bill 1054.  A copy of the Letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
