Item 7.01 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 20, 2020, Edgewell Personal Care Company (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.15 per share on the issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s Common Stock payable on January 6, 2021 to holders of record as of the close of business on December 10, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
