Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 17, 2020, the Company held a telephone conference that was open to the public, during which Jeremy Frommer, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, along with Chelsea Pullano, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, discussed the financial and operating results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 (the “Earnings Call”). The script for the Earnings Call is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
